- Equivalent of 1 egg using egg replacement powder
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- ¾ cup nondairy butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 ¼ cup plain flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. bi-carb soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 150g chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk “egg” and agave nectar together. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add agave mixture. In a separate bowl mix together all dry ingredients. Add dry to wet mixture and combine until smooth. Add in choc chips. Form balls and place on a baking sheet lined oven tray. Cook for under 10 minutes until risen. Let rest on tray until you can safely move them to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
