Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
- 15 dried apricots
- ½ of a ripe banana
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ tsp ginger
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of salt
- Roll in shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully combined
- Form into balls and roll in coconut
- Enjoy!
