Vegan Apricot Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
  • 15 dried apricots
  • ½ of a ripe banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • pinch of cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • Roll in shredded coconut


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully combined
  2. Form into balls and roll in coconut
  3. Enjoy!
