Aunt Mary Jo’s Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 Very Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven 175 degrees c.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix with sugar and oil
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until fairly smooth
  4. Pour mixture into a butter loaf pan
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
